REVIEW: Young Justice: Invasion “Salvage”

So many emotions with this episode that I am trying to keep my fingers from typing too fast right now. Oh my goodness gravy!

Wait there’s an arrow, that means someone will show up, either Artemis, Green Arrow, Speedy or Roy. And it ends up being Roy who is not doing well with these past five years.

Ugh this zeta tube thing, they keep bringing it up, clearly something will be overlooked/messed up in time.

Jamie (Blue Beetle) talking to himself is amazing. I can not express how much I love that he’s in this show.

Wally! And Guardian, was a clone too?! Holy cannoli, this show. Roy, Roy Roy, You’re like the Jon Snow of Young Justice (and I thought Superboy was annoying). I did like how he suggested to them that they should talk sense into Kal’dur instead. I have to say I’m behaving well waiting for any mention of Artemis during this scene.

I like the quick back story on Blue Beetle and the reference to an evil Jiminy Cricket. So we may get to see Ted Kord since Superboy said he knew him. Wonder why the Light killed him though.

Really trying not to get bored out of Superboys storylines. Blue Beetle helps a ton though.

But Speedy, he’s not…, he can’t be.. C’mon…

Sportsmaster! (And still no mention of the Crock girls).Knew he’d get out, they always do.

Well dang that’s an insane big baddie this season.

That voice, no way! They live together!? Yes, yes yes!

Wait but Wally's not Kid Flash? And is Artemis still fighting? Answers now! So excited! Drool...

No flippin way! Cheshire and Roy are married AND have a kid. I can’t handle this information overload. Fabulousness! Original Speedy may still be there.

Lian, omfg they added her into continuity!

So glad this turned into a Crock Girl episode. Yes!

So. Many. Emotions. I need help reacting to this.

Thoughts? Because my brain just melted into a puddle of mush.

Cool cool cool. Not much to say except I've been obsessed with TV since I was a baby. Seriously my mom said I spent hours eating because Sesame Street would be on TV. I grew up a child of the nineties so like most kids from that time, my brain is mush and full of Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, Disney Channel and Saturday morning cartoons. Since this was way before the invention of Tivo/Dvrs I literally had to run to the TV and try and hog it from the family. Just a heads up I don't really like the typical review format so get used to some strangeness up ahead (in a good way, I hope)! Also, if you dare, you can check out more random thoughts at or I'm on the twitter @rakhEEnroLL
